There are many many HR blogs and many keep coming up. Something that has been kind of a buzzword in this community has been HR Analytics. Everyone keeps talking of its importance and how it is an inevitable part of the future for HR. But still it remains to be a myth. Reason? well it is all great, but I cant get started with Analytics because I dont have the money? well, isnt analytics about BIG DATA? There are myths about analytics that needs to be busted.
